Whatcom Long Term Recovery Group Fund
The Whatcom Long Term Recovery Group (Whatcom Strong) is continuing to partner with the Whatcom Community Foundation. A separate fund has been setup specifically for the Whatcom Long Term Recovery Group and the continued efforts to provide coordination and recovery services to individuals, families, and entities adversely impacted by disaster in Whatcom County, while also planning efficiently for mitigation and response to ensure that the Whatcom County Area is better prepared for future disasters.
The need is so great. Your generous donations will allow support to continue and help our neighbors recover and rebuild.
Whatcom Resilience Fund
Donations through Whatcom Strong are made to The Resilience Fund, of the Whatcom Community Foundation who is investing in nonprofits working on the front lines offering support to residents affected by Whatcom County flooding. Their mission is getting emergency assistance, such as financial support, healthcare and childcare, to our community's most vulnerable neighbors as fast as possible.
